Sabah oversees all company operations, acquisitions, and growth. In 2005, he developed a turnkey agent program providing solutions from sales to installation. His program covered cash replenishment, armored car service, online and real-time reporting for agents and merchants, an ATM placement program and competitive pricing with on new and used ATMs and ATM parts.
Since 2006, AOA has successfully integrated five other ISO companies and his industry knowledge and expertise has expanded, which has allowed the company to increase in sales and build a healthy growth pattern.
A graduate of Wayne State University, Lydia utilizes her Business Management degree and experience in the banking industry to oversee senior management and all aspects of the company’s financial posture. Lydia is the gatekeeper of the company’s financial stability and is therefore, responsible for annual reporting budgets and forecasts, cash management, and the implementation of overall day-to-day practices to ensure the company’s financial goals are met.
Lydia focuses on expanding and securing new business and guides staff development through identifying skills needs, delegating tasks appropriately and motivating project staff to provide outstanding client service. She also contributes ideas into the overall management and well-being of the company, serves as a mentor to staff and consistently identifies and implements new ways to improve the quality of work.
Jason is a graduate of Oakland University where he earned a Finance degree that has equipped him with the financial knowledge needed to define project scope. Jason directs and manages projects to best reflect business needs and best use of available resources. In doing so, Jason has been able to build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of our company.
Jason also oversees the team dedicated to ATM service and installations. He delegates all service calls to the appropriate technicians and is responsible for inventory control relating to ATM terminals and parts. Jason focuses on making sure our terminals are compliant while timely servicing our Agents and Merchants so that down time is minimal.
Katherine and her team work directly the armored carriers such as Brinks and Garda to ensure scheduled and routine cash replenishment and service is timely. She is also responsible of maintaining knowledge and the understanding of current trends, laws, issues, and best practices affecting ATM compliance. In order to do so, Katherine is frequently attending conferences, courses, seminars, workshops, and meetings that increase her professional knowledge and is otherwise beneficial to ATM of America, Inc. With her help, the information that keeps ATMs up is accessible and usable.
Michael is an accomplished professional with many years of business management and application development experience. He has played a key role in leveraging technology solutions to increase profits, drive down costs, and improve operational efficiency by providing development focus via leadership, employee management, mentoring, team building, and extensive project management.
His technical expertise drives the business direction to manage projects through the complexities of differing agendas, personalities, and cultures. Therefore, he is able to lead and work effectively with other professionals. His strong communication, presentation, and problem solving skills with an established background in software development have helped create systems for data and reporting that are crucial to the infrastructure of the company.
